Accommodation
The Sugar Bay Club has eighty-nine suites and rooms overlooking the tropical gardens, swimming pools or Atlantic Ocean.
The Garden, Poolside and Oceanfront Hotel Rooms are set in seven two-story buildings dotted throughout the lawns, whilst the quaint Poolside Cottage Suites and Oceanfront Cottages share single-story buildings around the pool or by the beach.
Garden Rooms
These spacious rooms are located over 2 floors in 2 separate buildings and provide basic amenities such as air-conditioning, private bath with shower, hairdryer, cable television, telephone, terrace or balcony with either 1 King, or 1 Queen or 2 twin beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
Poolside Rooms
These rooms consist of a living area, separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace or balcony. The room amenities consist of air-conditioning, private bath with shower, hairdryer, cable television, telephone, terrace or balcony and have either 1 King, or 1 Queen, or 2 twin beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
One Bedroom Cottage Suites
These rooms are located in a setting of the tropical green lawns, trees and plants and the blue of the adult only pool, and give off an ambience all of their own. Equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, air-conditioning, private bathroom with shower/bath, hairdryer, cable television, telephone, sitting area or balcony with either 1 Queen or 2 twin beds. Some have sofa-beds in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.
Two Bedroom Cottage Suites
These spacious two bedroom suites also share single–storey cottages located in the gardens surrounding the adult-only swimming pool. These suites consist of a living area, fitted with a kitchenette and kitchen utensils, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms with shower/bath, air-conditioning, hairdryer, cable television, telephone and private terrace and have 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Oceanfront Rooms
These oceanfront rooms with breath-taking tropical views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony or patio, defy any explanation. Equipped with king bed, air-conditioning, private en suite bathroom with shower/bath, hairdryer, safety deposit box, iron & ironing board, cable television, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, telephone, and a cosy sitting area. King bed only. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

The Restaurant is perfectly positioned with a serene view of the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club, and the rolling hills of Frigate Bay. Poolside Bar
Open 10.00am-6.00pm. Until midnight at least three (3) days a week.
