Nestled on a hillside overlooking a secluded bay and the Caribbean Sea, Bel Air Plantation is a gracious island hideaway featuring an intimate collection of only eleven Villas and Cottages.
Bel Air Plantation is located at St David's Point which is a 25 minute drive from the capital, St George's.
Accommodation
Airy and spacious, the Bel Air Plantaion villas and cottages are a delightful combination of old world island charm and modern luxury.
Villas
One bedroom villas are 900 square feet in size and two bedroom villas are 1500 square feet.
The open floor plan of the parlor, dining room and fully equipped kitchen is spacious, comfortable and casually elegant. French doors access the front verandah and large windows afford beautiful views from every angle.
The two bedroom villas have two master bedrooms each with a large en suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, walk in shower, and double sink vanities.
One bedroom villas have a master bedroom which opens to the front verandah.
Bathrooms include whirlpool tubs with double corner windows and a generously sized shower.
Four poster beds are piled high with soft pillows and fitted with cool, comfortable Supima cotton sheets. Classic armoires, generous dressers, comfortable benches or chairs complete the bedrooms.
A covered verandah furnished with seating and dining areas runs the entire length of each villa providing a private outdoor living space.
Cottages
Our cottages offer many of the same features and amenities of the villas, but on a bit smaller scale.
The parlor is a multi use room, which features a living area, dining area and kitchenette. A covered verandah has additional dining and seating areas.
The en suite bedrooms feature two large windows with views of the sea, bay or gardens. Spacious bathrooms include a shower large enough for two.

Every residence is appointed with original works of art, unique botanical prints, individually selected furnishings and accessories. West Indian style woven furniture paired with classic wood pieces impart a relaxed, yet romantic feel.

Book the whole resort
The Bel Air Plantation is the ideal location for functions, Weddings, Family Reunions, Gathering of Friends, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, a Caribbean Cruising Base, Business Retreat or just for the time of your life. Your group will have your own resort as your private playground during your stay. The villas and cottages and the spectacular infinity edge pool overlooking the bay and Caribbean Sea and surrounding grounds will all be yours.
Guest Services, the Harbourside Grocery Market and Gift Shop are adjacent to the restaurant. The resort can accommodate 30 people (double occupancy) in six villas, five cottages and two suites. Extra twin beds can be placed in most accommodations for children or single people or can be substituted for the queen size beds. Dinner functions, meeting areas, picnics, barbeques, parties, entertainment, etc. can easily be arranged to suit your needs. Bel Air Plantation is also a great location for small incentive groups and event planners desiring total control over a venue with complete privacy.
