THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE 

Offering one of the best accommodations in Cuba, the prestigious Presidential Suite is the ultimate in luxury and opulence. The spacious suite comprises two bedrooms each boasting a king-size four-poster bed, exquisite hardwood furniture, top-of-the-range plasma screen. A substantial en-suite bathroom with double vanity, sunken oversize whirlpool dressing room and a day shower that leads to its own private veranda.

Separating the bedrooms is a magnificent living and reception room that provides the focal point for the suite. High beamed ceilings, attractive seating, bar area, plasma screen and numerous of exclusive furnishings all add to the luxury. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors open out to a glorious private veranda that stretches the full length of the suite and feature an abundance of seating and lounging opportunities overlooking a freshwater river. Complimentary spa, concierge and 24-hour room service come as standard.

THE ROYAL SUITE

Located just steps away from the resort's main lagoon pool, the Royal Suite promises a spacious and sumptuous retreat for a couple in love. Entering via its own roped bridgeway, The Royal Suite boasts a large bedroom featuring a king size hardwood four poster bed, hardwood furniture, top-of-the-range plasma screen and is complemented by exquisite soft furnishing and soft, muted walls adorned with Cuban artwork.

The suite's lower level offers an expansive living room comprised of a stylish seating and bar area, plasma screen and an abundance of exclusive touches. Floor-to-ceiling doors open out onto a private hardwood veranda and relaxing seating area which overlooks a freshwater lazy river and a wooden walkway takes you to the lush tropical gardens and the beach just a short walk away. Guests of the Royal Suite enjoy complimentary spa services and room service throughout the day.

THE STANDARD SUITE

Available in locations throughout the resort, these well-proportioned suites are beautifully arranged for maximum space and luxury and are available in all three categories: Garden View, Premium and Concierge. Each suite comprises a large living room which includes a mini bar and an open seating area with terracotta tiling throughout. The expansive bedroom offers similar luxuries with a king-size hardwood bed, top-of-the-range plasma television and en-suite bathroom that boasts a shower bath and vanity. French-style doors lead onto a private balcony where a relaxing seating area and various views of the resort and its tropical gardens await.

Each standard Garden View suite comes complete with full air conditioning, hair dryer, coffee and tea maker, telephone, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, satellite TV and much, much more.

Premium Suites enjoy a fully-stocked bar stocked weekly and a nightly turn down service. Concierge guests enjoy a continental breakfast in room, turn down service in the evening, special cocktail party, special express check in and check out facilities, preferential reservation in specialty restaurants and a 15% discount on all Spa Services not to mention the inclusion of a fully stocked bar, stocked daily, and radio with iPod/Iphone dock.

LAS MORLAS (Fine Fishermen Cuisine) 

Savour sumptuous locally-inspired cuisine prepared by the resort's expert chefs at the resort's Las Morlas restaurant. Soft lighting and traditional ocean artwork create the perfect ambience for this intimate, white-gloved experience where delectable dishes such as the Cuban spiny lobster in crisp filo pastry excite both mind and palate. Open for dinner only, Las Morlas neighbours the elegant Piano Bar where cocktails help create the perfect start, or end, to your evening. Elegant restaurant fresh seafood and the catch of the day. DON PASQUALE (Italian Cuisine)

Experience a little piece of Italy transported in the Caribbean with Don Pasquale. This rustic 'trattoria' offers a selection of Italian appetisers at the buffet Antipasti Bar and an extensive choice of traditional Italian favourites from the restaurant's a la carte menu.

VIEJO Y DEL MAR (Grill)

Set on the pristine white sand of Varadero Beach, this hip opened-sided beach grill and bar offers a wide range of delicious Cuban specialities and drinks from mid-morning to late afternoon before turning into a vibrant a la carte dining experience by night. Dine on locally caught lobster and freshly grilled steaks prepared at the restaurant's open kitchen whilst watching the sunset and enjoying the cool ocean breeze.

EL CARIBE (Caribbean Cuisine)

Boasting the widest selection of cuisine around, the Grand Plaza Hicacos is a food-lovers paradise where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed from a panoramic balcony overlooking the resort's lagoon pool or in the buzzing market-style restaurant inside. Comprising 'La Pampa Steakhouse' offering succulent grilled meats, delicious locally-caught seafood at 'La Nautica' and 'La Toscana' where pizzas and pasta are prepared in front of your watching eyes whilst the nearby 'Bar de la Esquire' offers delicious freshly made coffees.

During the day, the Bistro's sun-drenched location provides the perfect spot to savour a freshly made sweet or savoury crepe from Creperie Bon Appetit and after dark, the place to satisfy late night appetites.
