The Long Bay Hotel is a Caribbean Inn and Beach Resort, offering water everywhere. They say the location is unsurpassed as they are sandwiched between two bodies of Water. The First being by far, Antigua's "Best Swimming Beach" Long Bay Beach supporting calm, shallow waters with a living reef just yards off-shore.
Second is the Bayside named Indian Town Creek, after the Arawak Indians who settled here, in what we now call Antigua; many years ago. The Bayside at Long Bay Antigua is a large, calm, protected body of water with a barrier reef at the entrance, which makes the Bayside perfect for all types of water sports, which are all offered directly from the Hotel.
The hotel is located around 30mins from the airport.
Accommodation
Long Bay Hotel, offers several types of living spaces to suite your needs. They have 20 bedrooms, all of which offer either a Four Poster King bed or two Four Poster Twin beds. The Bay's Edge Upper rooms are located on the 2nd floor with the Bay's Edge lower rooms below, on the ground level, just feet from the clear water of the bay. They also offer 5 free standing cottages, each is different, these all offer a bit more space and comfort along with full kitchens and living spaces. They suggest families travelling with children consider these for their, maximum enjoyment.
The Cottages
Long Bay Hotel offers Five separate Cottages, they are the Harbor House, Hill House, Round House, Cliff House and finally the View House cottage. Each has its own floor plan and its own character. The three biggest cottages are the Harbor, Cliff and View with the View House offering two separate, bathrooms. All the cottages offer fully equipped kitchens, although most choose not to cook while on Holiday, Living spaces, Sleeping areas and of course ensuite baths. If you are seeking more comfort or would like the added convenience of a full kitchen with a refrigerator, we suggest you book one of our cottages.
The Bay’s Edge
Long Bay Hotel's Bay's Edge accommodations are comfortable and offer a plantation home's guest room feel. Each offers Four Poster beds, Rocking chair, Vanity, Ceiling and desk fans although they are rarely needed and a larger than normal porch. The porch has an island planters lounge chair along with a very comfortable easy chair to relax in and watch the water of the bay; colours change. Long Bay is a media free zone so one won't find a TV. AC or a personal phone in any of our accommodations, we feel, it ads to the peacefulness and your, overall enjoyment.

All our Accommodations Offer an island style decor with Original Art, Four Poster Beds, Ceiling Fans, abundant lighting, Ensuite bathrooms, Beach Towels, Planters chaise lounge, Large Patio, Balcony or porch, potable water, generous shower pressure and cooling island breezes.
Restaurants & Bars
The Beach House
The Beach House is located just feet from the soft pink sand, where interesting food and imaginative drinks, are available while being only steps away, from your personal planters style beach chaise lounge. The Beach house is there for your enjoyment at all times, the restaurant and bar are open daily from 10:30AM. to 6:00PM. Once a week they offer a Beach House Barbecue for their guests, highlighted by a local steel band, playing soft Caribbean sounds, while the sea laps at the shore.
The Turtle Restaurant
The Turtle Restaurant, situated just off the Hats OFF Cocktail Lounge, is their main dining area, where a full à la carte Breakfast and your included evening meal are served daily. They are VERY proud that their Dinner menu changes nightly, ensuring a wide choice and variety over an extended visit, with them. Their menus have been designed to entice guests to sample something new while also offering traditional dishes for those who are less adventurous. The menus are supported by four courses to make sure one is satiated but not over stuffed. They always suggest one should enhance the experience by ordering a superb bottle of wine.
Hats OFF Cocktail Bar and Lounge
The Hats OFF Cocktail Lounge at Long Bay Antigua a Resort & Inn, is an open air affaire offering moonlit cocktails before and after Dinner. They serve only Top shelf named brand premium, cool drinks and cocktails. Several nights a week there is live entertainment which can be as soft as a single tenor steel pan musician or as lively as keyboard player who reminds us of days gone by.
The Lobby Lounge
The Lobby Lounge is a particularly popular area for guests to gather in and chat about the days events. Located adjacent to the Hats Off Bar this lounge area, is comfortable offering large wicker furniture to relax in or for friends and family to gather while recapping the days events.

The Library
The Hotel's Library is a "FANTASTIC" space. There are over 1,000 books for our guests to enjoy along with many reference books, magazines and photo albums. In addition to the books there are traditional Board games, Puzzles, Darts, Table Tennis and a Billiards Table, there are also card tables and a very comfortable reading area.
