Accommodation
There are nine rooms on the two upper floors, while the lounge, dining and kitchen facilities are on the ground floor.
A ground floor annex just across the pillared lawn, houses four more rooms, and adjacent to that is the "Joiner's Loft" apartment, with two double rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living-room area looking right out over the harbour.
Guest Rooms
From the moment you check into your Caribbean resort room or junior suite, you will fall in love with Caribbean island living. Cool terra cotta tiles are beneath your feet. Tropical colours, wicker and wood furnishings complete the décor. Casual elegance is the order of the day with all of the resort rooms.
Blue Waters in Antigua offers a variety of Caribbean resort rooms to choose from. All feature the comforts of home including air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable television, a wall safe, telephone, hair dryer, bathrobes, bath and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-bar, private patio or balcony, clock radio, king-sized bed (twin beds are also available), and both 110v and 220v outlets. Interconnecting rooms are also available upon request with these Caribbean resort rooms.
Superior Hillside Rooms
These guest rooms are nestled within the hotel gardens and are situated above the beachfront rooms. Maximum occupancy is for two adults and one child.

Hillside Junior Suites

One-To-Three Bedroom Villas
Ideal for families or small groups seeking luxury accommodations with all possible amenities, the villas include a living room, dining room, and kitchen with the ability to interconnect rooms. Maximum occupancy is for six or seven adults and four children.

The newest addition to the Blue Waters Resort, the Cove Suites benefit from a stunning cliff top location overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Featuring freestanding bathtubs, extensive living areas, and four private infinity pools reserved only for Cove guests, the entire Cove Suites enclave is a luxurious and private retreat.
Cove Suites

Cove Penthouse
For your own private island penthouse, this is the place to stay! This accommodation features three bedrooms with enormous double balconies boasting panoramic views of the island.
Facilities include a separate living room, kitchen, and en-suite bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is for six or seven adults and four children.
Rock Cottage Villa
Rock Cottage is all about location — situated on a rocky outcrop jutting into Blue Waters bay and surrounded on three sides by the Caribbean Sea! With five bedrooms and a separate living area, kitchen, and plunge pool, Rock Cottage is truly unique to the Caribbean.
It is, without doubt, one of the most private and secluded tropical island escapes in Antigua offering incredible views just about everywhere you roam — including the bathroom.
Rock Cottage features two master bedrooms with luxury bathrooms and two double showers, vanity basin, and bidet; two additional bedrooms; and a small bedroom with queen-sized bed and en-suite shower room suitable for children, young adults, or accompanying staff. Other facilities include a barbecue for outside cooking, a fully-equipped kitchen, satellite TV and DVD player with films, night watchman on site, and Jacuzzi/Plunge Pool, plus numerous sundecks and dining areas
Guests of Rock Cottage may also opt to arrange for use of a powerboat with skipper (at additional charge; 24 hours notice required), private dining with personal chef, picnic and barbecue menus, fine wines, and champagne, etc.
Restaurants & Bars
The Palm Restaurant
Designed to take advantage of the lavishly landscaped gardens and palm tree framed views of the Caribbean Sea, the superbly positioned Palm Restaurant grants its guests a decidedly Caribbean alfresco dining experience. When it comes to all inclusive holiday dining, this restaurant exceeds all expectations.
While the daytime atmosphere of the Palm Restaurant is that of a relaxed Caribbean cafe, they do ask that guests wear bathing suit covers, wraps, or shorts and footwear at all times. The terrace adjacent to the main restaurant is ideally suited for holiday makers who prefer a more casual setting or who choose to dine with wet swimwear.
Smart casual evening attire is recommended for dinner at the Palm Restaurant. In an effort to maintain an ambiance conducive to guests' expectations of an all-inclusive, fine dining experience, please note that shorts are not permitted.
The Pelican Bar
Named for the majestic birds that frequent the Blue Waters bay, the Pelican Bar is a characteristically Caribbean resort bar-bright and airy, with arched, open doorways that frame picturesque views of blue waters and lush green gardens. Adjacent to the tea terrace and lobby, and just steps away from the Palm Restaurant, the Pelican Bar is a perfectly positioned venue for relaxing with a good book during the day, sipping on an early evening Antigua Kiss cocktail or dancing under the stars to the beats of a steel band.
Open daily from noon until midnight, the dress code at The Pelican Bar calls for smart casual evening attire. In keeping with the standards expected of Blue Waters Hotel and the Cove Suites, they ask that guests refrain from wearing shorts in the evening.
Vyviens Restaurant
Vyviens Restaurant is one of the only restaurants in Antigua that offers comfortably air-conditioned dining in an intimate setting. Situated within the main hotel complex, the elegantly appointed Vyviens Restaurant offers the perfect opportunity for guests to share a romantic dinner, celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an evening of delectable entrees, fine wines, and great company. The menu is an incredible culinary masterpiece, featuring signature dishes that include Grilled Barbudan Crawfish and Macademia-crusted Lamb Loin - all perfectly complemented by an extensive wine list, candlelit tables, attentive staff and an expert sommelier.
Vyviens Restaurant is an all-inclusive indulgence for our guests; the limited seating necessitates early reservations so remember to pre-book your table.
Vyviens Restaurant is open for dinner only and on alternating nights during the low season.
