Overview
Twenty five private, secluded and extraordinarily spacious Cottage Suites have now been built to blend into the natural landscape with nothing else but your comfort in mind. They nestle on a spectacular bay edging the turquoise water of the Caribbean against a backdrop of terraced gardens.
Hermitage Bay hotel is situated on the west coast of Antigua, just a 35 minute drive from the airport.
The capital, St John's, is 30 minutes away by car and the Jolly Harbour marina complex of shops, restaurants, golf and tennis is just 10 minutes away.
Accommodation
COTTAGE SUITES
Each of their spacious individual, shingle roofed Cottage Suites capture the charm of the island’s colonial past, yet have all the amenities associated with modern-day luxury.
The eight Beach Cottage Suites are set back from the 1,250 feet long bay. There are two rows of Suites, those in the front row have panoramic views of the beach, while the others enjoy a partial view. The spacious bedroom which has a ceiling fan is air conditioned, has a King sized bed and is split level to the lounge area.
The Hillside Cottage Suites offer spectacular views and are designed to provide complete privacy, each with its own large plunge pool and sunbathing deck complete with chaise longue and sitting area. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and is air conditioned, with a King sized bed leading in to the bathroom.
All Suites have a large verandah with double day beds and plantation chairs. Spacious and luxurious bathrooms are complemented by the outdoor garden shower.
Facilities
Each Suite is fitted with an LCD flat screen TV, DVD player, personal safe, iPod docking station, wireless broadband internet, mini bar, personal safe, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Restaurants & Bars
The beachfront restaurant boasts some of the best food on the island. Under the direction of their executive chef it offers a varied menu of both Caribbean favourites and modern european cooking with an emphasis on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
The restaurant's idyllic location makes it the perfect choice for al fresco dining, but they are just as happy to serve your meal in the privacy of your Cottage Suite or by the pool if you prefer.

Non-motorised water sports are available on the beach. Staff are always on hand for sailing and windsurfing instruction.
