Sandals Emerald Reef Golf Club
A golfer's dream, this 18-hole, nearly 7,200-yard course has been named among the best in the Caribbean by Travel & Leisure Golf.
Placing the front nine holes through scenic mangroves, Greg Norman took advantage of the landscape's natural barriers. The back nine offer challenges of a different nature where the sea views create ample distractions from the focus of the game.
This ever-changing course presents a worthy challenge for even the most avid golfer. While most courses feature one signature hole, Emerald Bay has six, which edge a rocky coast, rolling emerald fairways, prevailing trade winds and blue water as far as the ye can see.
Golfers will experience a new game each time they play and there are five different tee boxes to accommodate every skill level.

One of the finest Golf Clubs in the Caribbean, the Sandals Golf & Country Club located in Ocho Rios, Jamaica stretches out over a rolling landscape with sweeping views of the sea and mountains. Narrow fairways have been resurfaced with Bermuda grass while miniscule, dropoff greens have been rebuilt with Tifdwarf Bermuda grass for a beautifully manicured course. Guests staying at any of the six Sandals Resorts in Jamaica are welcome to play at this most scenic Country Club.

The course delights golfers with its natural beauty and picturesque backdrops. A challenging nine-hole layout on 3,141 yards and par 33, this course features narrow fairways, making it suitable for skilled golfers, although it is also popular among beginners. Roundtrip transportation is included for guests staying at nearby Sandals Halcyon and Sandals Grande St. Lucian.
