With 24 rooms overall, the plantation's acclaimed plantation Great House and Caribbean cottage rooms, as well as the most luxurious St. Kitts villa, the Grand Villa, are decorated in English colonial style with wicker and carved mahogany furniture, cheerful floral chintzes and a collection of local artwork and crafts.

ROYAL SUITE COTTAGES

2-room Royal Suite cottages offer the ultimate in luxury and privacy at Ottley’s. The extraordinary master bedroom is a Supreme room--spacious and luxuriously furnished with colonial style mahogany furniture and a king or queen bed. A Jacuzzi enhances the Italian tiled bathroom. SUPREME ROOMS

The master bedroom in each Royal Suite cottage may be reserved individually as a Supreme room. Our most popular accommodation, these spacious rooms are luxuriously furnished with colonial style mahogany furniture and a king or queen bed. A Jacuzzi enhances each Italian tiled bathroom. DELUXE ROOMS

Each Deluxe room is uniquely decorated and situated. Most are in the historic plantation Great House, a couple are in cottages. All are very large, airy and beautifully appointed, with views of ocean and gardens. Most have king-sized beds, the others have two queen or twin beds. Enjoy an authentic Caribbean inn vacation in one of these rooms.

STANDARD ROOMS

These smaller, yet cosy rooms are attractively furnished, and located either within a 2-room cottage, or in the Great House. Rooms have ocean and/or garden views. Standard rooms have a queen-sized bed. Specific location cannot be guaranteed.

THE GRAND VILLA

This is an exquisitely furnished, very spacious villa with breathtaking ocean views, ideal for a family or group of friends. 

There are two extra large Supreme rooms, each with king bed plus a daybed sofa, (which can be made as a twin bed), and a patio/sundeck with plunge pool. The centre room is a “Great Room”, decorated as a living room with an optional queen-size bed, a full kitchen and full-sized outdoor patio. Each of the three rooms can accommodate up to three people.

All rooms have veranda or patio, private bathroom, ceiling fan and air conditioning, room safe, coffee maker, blow dryer (110v,), iron and ironing board. 

Supreme rooms have minibars. Certain rooms can be outfitted with cable TV (should be requested at time of reservation).

Royal Palm Restaurant

The restaurant and 66-foot, spring-fed pool are nestled in the remaining stone walls of the old sugar factory. Enjoy tantalising dishes with fresh island ingredients at Ottley's acclaimed restaurant, The Royal Palm, known for extraordinary "New Island Cuisine". Chef de Cuisine Pamela Yahn uses her endlessly inventive culinary genius to create meals certain to satisfy the most sophisticated of palates. Romantic candlelit dinners feature nightly changing, innovative menus. The Royal Palm is also renowned for Sunday Champagne Brunch and daily lunch served poolside.
